About

The family that answers the phone.

CELLES Group began with Carmen, and one small lot in La Boquilla. It has grown into a family real estate holding that spans two continents, and every deed on this site is still registered in our name.

Fishing nets on the beach at La Boquilla

Carmen grew up in La Boquilla when it was still a fishing village: ocean breeze in the air, sand underfoot, sun in her eyes, and a vision nobody else could see yet. She left for Canada, got her education, and built a career in business. Then she came home and bought one lot in the village where her family still lives. Purchase by purchase, she grew it into what CELLES Group is today: a portfolio that reaches across two continents.

We're not developers and we're not a brokerage. We're owners, selling slowly and carefully, to people we'd be happy to have as neighbors. And because the business lives between Cartagena and Canada, it works on North American hours and North American expectations: messages answered the same day, documents translated before you ask, and nobody, ever, waiting on a commission.

Why direct matters

A broker needs you to close. We need you to be certain.

No commission math

Nobody here is paid to push you over the line. If a listing is wrong for you, we say so and keep the property. It has been ours for years; it can wait.

The deed is the pitch

You're not trusting our word; you're reading the public record. Every listing traces to our name at the Oficina de Registro de Instrumentos Públicos.

One family, both languages

The person who tours you through a house is the person who signs at the notaría. Nothing is lost between an agent, an office and an owner: there's no between.

Due diligence, invited

Check us before you trust us.

Colombia keeps a public, notarized paper trail for every property. Pick any listing and we'll send the documents within 48 hours, with an English summary. Then hand them to any lawyer you like. We'd rather lose a week to your due diligence than a buyer to doubt.

What we hand over, unasked

Certificado de tradición y libertad

The full title history: every owner, lien and mortgage ever recorded. Ours ends in our name.

Escritura pública

The notarised deed from when we bought. Read with the certificado, it shows how and when the property became ours.

Predial tax receipts

Property tax paid up to date, every year. No surprises waiting at the notaría.
